This week our Proctor Drama Club students enjoyed an unforgettable experience at the Stanley Theatre for a performance of Kinky Boots the Musical. This incredible opportunity was made possible through the generous support of the Broadway Theatre League of Utica. Our students were captivated by the production's high-caliber vocals, vibrant choreography and stunning technical elements. From the intricate costumes to the dynamic lighting and staging, students were inspired by what they saw on stage. Beyond the spectacular entertainment, the show’s powerful message regarding the importance of acceptance left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. The highlight of the night followed the final curtain call, as students were thrilled to meet cast members and collect autographs, capping off a truly moving night of local theater.
