Sydney LoConti, 6th Grade Student at Jones Elementary has received the “Student of the Year Award,” sponsored by East Utica Optimist Club. Sydney is a student that demonstrates good school citizenship, is a strong academic student and is involvement in community service. She is a shinning star at Jones.
